Position Summary The Identity and Access Management Analyst role will be responsible for assisting in the enhancement of the Identity and Access Management platform driving us forward with automation and best practices ensuring that the technical and business requirements as well as compliance and regulatory requirements are met utilizing security and governance framework methodologies. The IAM Analyst will provide strong knowledge in the on-going review and design of IAM technologies and system integrations to ensure that the appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized to provide a seamless user experience. Job Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, implementation, and support of global identity and access management governance ensuring security, compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements needed for system and application integration with all Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. Contribute to the development of processes and automation to support account management activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, security alerts, logging, access certification, onboarding, and bulk account attribute configuration. Perform System Administrator functions on the identity platform by assisting in developing and delivering process improvements in alignment with business and technical requirements with continuous enhancement maturing the identity lifecycle capabilities. Expertise in communicating the aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the solution. Leverage functionality provided by corporate directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, MFA, SSO, Okta etc. Performing the day-to-day operations of access requests, fulfilment, and administration processes (provision, deprovision and/or access changes) as well as process attestation remediation requests. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve end user technical or access-related issues. Required Qualifications High School, GED or STEM diploma Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related discipline Technical experience integrating identity management, access management, access governance, or privileged access management software. Understanding of application security Ability to risk assess IT projects from an IAM standpoint. The ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Experience in documenting, developing, or implementing IAM systems. Experience troubleshooting complex resource provisioning or security issues. Experience recording, tracking, and managing requests in an ITSM solution. Must be familiar with managing user accounts in Azure Active Directory. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience with Okta Identity Governance provisioning solution Experience in healthcare industry preferred. Strong attention to detail. Physical Demands Will work at computer most of the time as well as need to keep inventory and ordering records requiring the use of copiers, fax machines, and PDF scanners. Periodically scheduled on-call may require after-hours response for technical emergencies not explicitly related to assigned job responsibilities.
