Physical Therapist (PT) - flexible, independent work, full or part time

What the position looks like:
he PT’s dedication to the delivery of effective, evidenced-based clinical practice with a focus on geriatric care provided through outpatient therapy. Assess and evaluates therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Provides services for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Services Agreement. Evaluates patient’s functional status (muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication skills, self-care ability, work capacity, etc.). Participates in the development of the total plan of care and develops treatment programs establishing goals for improved function.

What you will need:
· Current active license in good standing with the state of employment
· CPR certification, we will provide if needed
