We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort while assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Medication reminder
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning and dishwashing.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patient.
• Observe and report changes in patients' condition to healthcare professional.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified Home Health Aide training.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
