Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing client's living space
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients and their families

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Experience in dementia care, memory care, nursing home, or hospice care is beneficial
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients based on dietary needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift and assist clients with mobility as needed

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
