Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing is responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long-term care facilities.
This person will work with our team to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
Assist in developing for each resident a preliminary and comprehensive assessment and written care plan that identifies the nursing and medical problems and/or needs of the resident and the goals to be accomplished for each problem and/or need identified.
