Caring Places Management is actively recruiting qualified candidates to fill a unique role as our Regional Director of Operations based in Oregon State. This full-time, exempt position is a highly impactful leadership role that is critical to maintaining exceptional standards of resident care, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance for multiple communities within a defined region. The Regional Director of Operations is an ambassador for Caring Places’ culture, mission and core values and will cultivate meaningful relationships with staff, management, residents, families, regulatory agencies, and local communities.

  • Passionate about providing exceptional care to the senior population, including those suffering from Alzheimer's or other memory loss?
  • A “Lead By Example” leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate individuals and teams in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and core values?
  • A compliance minded professional with advanced knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements under which Assisted Living & Memory Care facilities must operate?
  • A strategic, data-driven decision maker experienced with budgetary management, financial reporting and establishing meaningful goals, objectives and key performance indicators across multiple facilities?
  • An effective communicator with a natural affinity for cultivating meaningful relationships with regulators, state agencies, and local communities?

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required;
  • 5 years proven experience in a leadership role in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care facilities required;
  • Prior experience managing regulatory and policy compliance in a multi-facility environment;
  • Advanced knowledge of Assisted Living & Memory Care local, state and federal regulations;
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting and reporting;
  • Ability to create, implement and measure quantitative goals, objectives and key performance indicators;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and create individual and team alignment;
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of resident care and employee satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement across all operational functions;
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, compassion, and empathy for others;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both as an individual contributor and part of a collaborative team;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with ability to travel on a frequent basis within assigned region; and,
  • Eligible to work in the Unites States with the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Compensation: $115,000-120,000 Annually Benchmark and Incentive Bonuses
