Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing client's living space
- Assist with mobility needs, including transferring and lifting clients as necessary
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Specialize in specific areas of care such as dementia care, memory care, or hospice care

Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients based on their dietary needs
- Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Ability to clean and maintain a safe environment for clients
- Familiarity with nursing home or hospice care practices is beneficial
- Physical ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
