Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional care.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed regimens
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, feeding, and toileting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed

Skills:
- Experience in hospice care or nursing home settings is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license
- Proficient in taking vital signs accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
