```Duties```
- Provide in-home care to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or other special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
```Requirements```
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of systems for providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges
- Ability to lift and move objects up to a certain weight limit (specific weight limit may vary depending on the client's needs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation to client's homes if required
