```Overview```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
```Duties```
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide tube feeding for individuals who require it
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory impairments
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety of the individual
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
```Requirements```
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
- Experience in administering medications and knowledge of medication systems
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Familiarity with tube feeding procedures and protocols
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Understanding of senior care principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
