Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in the home environment
- Collaborate with other caregivers, families, and professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in behavior or health status

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility as needed
- Familiarity with meal preparation and medication administration systems
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining privacy and dignity

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
