Job Summary:
As a Home Health Aide at Caring Hearts, you'll provide personalized in-home healthcare support to our clients, ensuring their overall well-being. From assisting with daily living activities to offering companionship and emotional support, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assist with administration
• Support clients with mobility assistance and physical therapy exercises
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to supervising nurse
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain your own flexible schedule and travel to patients homes as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to cook meals and provide assistance required with caring for patients
• Reliable transportation to and from visits
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
