This program focuses on providing Physical, Occupational and Speechtherapies in coordination with our skilled nursing care with the goal ofreturning patients to their highest level of independence. Residents andfamilies may choose to remain for long term care. We are honored when a patientand their loved ones choose to call Caring Heart their home.
