Caring Hand Companions LLC has a job opening for a full-time Office Assistant/CNA to help manage the day-to-day operations of the Tallahassee FL location to include shift fill-in and staffing. This position reports to the Area Supervisor and the Administrator of the agency. The ideal candidate has experience working in a home care environment as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) or Personal Care Aide (P. C. A.) This is the perfect position for a C.N.A. looking to advance to the next stage of his/her career.

Office Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating client intakes, referrals, assessments and supervisory visits with RN and Management teams;
• Assisting with recruiting caregivers and staffing cases;
• Working with agency Administrator to coordinate marketing and recruiting events (bingo, health fairs) at assisted living facilities, churches etc.
• Creating and maintaining CNAs/Caregiver schedules;
• Staffing a regular client, and/or providing fill-in support when needed;
• Electronic Visit Verification maintenance;
• Employee and client file management

Office hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. and PRN fill-in; staffing will occur in the morning; fill-ins may be required during office hours.
Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, AND SMARTPHONE
