Under the direction of the Director of Engineering, the Carpenter worker assists in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renovation, remodeling and general upkeep in order to keep the facility functional and attractive to prospective customers. This person performs preventive maintenance work that could involve the use and operation of complex and highly technical equipment and techniques. The Carpenter exhibits sound decision-making skills, productivity and professionalism. Does not engage in, nor allows others on the staff to work in a hazardous manner or under hazardous conditions.
