Cariant Health Partners is seeking an experienced (1 years) medical recruiter with travel staffing experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with autonomy to build a desk of traveling healthcare professionals. This position will report to our VP of Travel, and needs to be accountable, communicative, and responsive to internal teammates and candidates/clients.

In this role, you’ll run both the recruiting and account management side of your desk. This means you can work with a smaller number of travelers and earn higher commissions. Our recruiters enjoy reasonable productivity expectations and work with a sense of urgency to get the job done. Apply in confidence knowing your application will be kept confidential.

Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Work with traveling healthcare professionals and facilities to match them in travel contract positions throughout the United States
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals via phones, text, email, social media and various recruiting websites about our company and travel opportunities
  • Respond to job applicants and daily leads; qualify candidates
  • Build relationships with your own desk of traveling employees and clients
  • Create traveler profiles and submit them to job opportunities
  • Market candidates to healthcare facilities
  • Some travel to career fairs or national conferences may occasionally be required

Healthcare Recruiter Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Two years’ combined work history as a medical recruiter and staffing account manager
  • Social media recruiting experience (Facebook and LinkedIn), as well as familiarity participating in industry-related social media groups
  • Our ideal healthcare recruiter is a fast learner, who is adept at using technology and picking up new skills
