Additionally, this position is a hybrid between an Internet Salesperson & Salesperson. You'll be responsible for:

• Following Process
• Effectively Handling Internet Leads, Phone-Ups, & Showroom Ups
• Scheduling Appointments, Confirming Appointments 24 Hours in Advance, & Ensuring Appointments Show
• Follow-up with Unsold Customers & No-Show Appointments
• Convert Hot Deals to Sold Customers
• Meet & Greet
• Test Drive
• Effectively Managing CRM (eLead)

Additionally, as an experienced Salesperson, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing customer/deal flow
• Multi-tasking with multiple customers
• Experience with CRM systems required

Where we're at, and where we're going

• We're ramping up to 500 vehicles by June 1st, 2024.
• We're opening 2 more locations by December 1st, 2024. (Growth Opportunities)
• We sell 85% of our inventory every 30 days.
• The Salesperson will have an opportunity to transition into a Sales Manager / Closer and oversee all sales operations at future locations. Leadership and Ownership is key.
