Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Sell products and services to customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs
- Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales revenue
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn and demonstrate product features through product demos
- Comfortable working with technology products
