CareStaff Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical travel or local contract position with a Home Health Facility (HH) in Hawthorne, NY.

Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am – 5pm? yes
Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? yes and holidays
Will there be any on call? If so, how much? yes
What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home health
What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Westchester county
What’s creating the request? - work load Ect.. work load
About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? 150
What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Ex: 25/30 ? 30
What EMR systems will the consultant be using: home care home base
Do you want the candidate to have experience in have home health, hospice or both ? home health
Pay Package: $66-70 per hour, based on experience.
