CareStaff Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical travel or local contract position with a Home Health Facility (HH) in Indiana.
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 13 weeks
Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am – 5pm
Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Yes, every 3-4 weeks
Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Yes, 1 full week a month that includes weekend listed above
What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health
What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? We cover 16 counties, specifics will be discussed in interview
What’s creating the request? - work load Ect.. growth
About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? 250-400
What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Ex: 25/30 ? 30
What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB- PointCare
Do you want the candidate to have experience in have home health, hospice or both ? Home Health experience required-including OASIS
Pay Package: $51-53 per hour, based on experience.
