CareStaff Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical travel or local contract position with a Home Health Facility (HH) in Georgia.
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks
Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? 8- 5
Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? In ALF’s and patient homes
Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? Yes
What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Southeast Home Health What’s creating the request? - work load
How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 30/40 a day? Weekly? 40 to 50 per day 1
What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 25/30? 30 points per week
What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook
Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Yes,
Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? Yes
Pay Package: $51-53 per hour, based on experience.
