Job Description:
As an LPN/LVN, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care. You will:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, maintaining accurate records and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide wound care and other clinical support as needed.
• Adhere to healthcare and safety standards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska, or eligible Compact State License.
• At minimum, current BLS (AHA) ACLS certifications (Certification requirements vary by location).
• At least 2 years of experience as an LPN or LVN, actively within the last 12 months, and 2 years experience in a Long-term Care setting.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Travel experience and/or willingness to travel.
