Responsibilities

• Perform Month-End revenue related journal entries.
• Reconcile revenue reports to be posted into the general ledger system in accordance with GAAP, as part of the month end close process in a timely manner.
• Be able to organize many tasks for prioritization, as well as identify areas for optimization as the company grows.
• Work with billing department to reconcile unapplied cash monthly.
• Provide support for management inquiries and Audit requests as they arise.
• Provide analytical support for management inquiries for budget and forecasting processes.
• Complete other special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in accounting or finance, CPA a plus
• 4 years of accounting experience
• Previous role(s) should include internal or external audit, GL accounting, and/or revenue accounting.
• Technical knowledge and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standards ASC 605 and ASC 606

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel
