We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. - Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- First aid certification is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
