Duties: 

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist.
• Assist in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Monitor and document the patient’s health condition and report to the supervising nurse accordingly.
• Assist patients in prescribed exercises and techniques.
• Help in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to ensure their well-being.

Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team-centered environment.
• Strong observation, decision-making, and empathy skills.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding patient safety and privacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
