What You'll Be Doing

 The Emergency Department is well-staffed with both attending physicians and mid-level providers (PAs and NPs). Additionally, there is full-time scribe support—allowing for more “touch time” with your patients. Nursing and ancillary services are excellent.

Because all 3 of our Emergency Departments are located close to New York City, you have the option of an easy commute from New York or New Jersey.

All 3 sites provide a broad network of specialists for ED patients. In fact, CarePoint Health is now the largest provider of patient care in all of Hudson County. A significant investment has been made in the Emergency Department to provide a high standard of care—including the implementation of a new electronic medical record and renovations of 2 of the 3 EDs. The 3 EDs have a strong workflow, including a direct bedding policy—making the waiting room virtually obsolete.

• All 3 EDs have standardized their care & protocols—same EMRs and logins regardless where working; therefore, if cover more than 1 site, it is clinically seamless

What We're Looking For and What We Offer

• Emergency Medicine Residency Trained - Required

• Emergency Medicine Experience Required (1 year preferred)

• Active NJ license or willing to obtain licensure
