Job DescriptionBalance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity
(LONG TERM CARE)(SHORT TERM REHAB)(SKILLED NURSING)(SUB ACUTE CARE)Now Hiring - Director or Admissions - Peabody, MACareOne at Peabody!
The Director of Admissions will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources
  • Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties
  • Process referrals to admissions
  • Provide tours
  • Sign in new patients
  • Assign physicians
  • Coordinate all details between hospital, doctor, center and field staff
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
  • Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
  • Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility
  • 2 years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry
  • 2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
  • 3 ( ) years in long term care admissions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with strong focus and determination.
  • Marketing experience a plus.
  • Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitude
