Job Overview:
CareOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Environmental Services to oversee and manage the environmental services department in a hospital setting. The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for environmental services department
- Manage and supervise a team of custodial staff
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial cleaning, including floor care, sanitization, and waste management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant health and safety standards
- Develop and maintain budgets for the department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Train and educate staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within environmental services, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of custodial operations, commercial cleaning practices, and floor care techniques
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other relevant health and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
