Now Hiring - Director or Admissions - Wilmington, Ma 01887

Care One At Wilmington 

The Director of Admissions will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals

2. Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources

3. Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties

4. Process referrals to admissions

5. Provide tours

6. Sign in new patients

7. Assign physicians

8. Coordinate all details between hospital, doctor, center and field staff

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
  • Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
  • Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility
  • 2 years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry
  • 2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
  • 3 ( ) years in long term care admissions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with strong focus and determination.
  • Marketing experience a plus.
  • Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitude
