Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Culinary Services is responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the Culinary Department.
Reports to
Directly reports to the Director of Culinary Services and the Administrator of the facility where providing Culinary services.
Supervises
If applicable, supervises administratively in the building assigned, as well as the Assistant Director of Culinary Services, Chef, Cooks, & Wait Staff..
Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications
Education
High-school diploma
Necessary certification required by the state ie ServSafe
Professional Experience
2. 2 years managerial experience
3. Supervisory experience in kitchen operations
4. Must be able to read, write, speak, & understand the English language
5. Culinary skills required
