**Qualifications**

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and minimum of one (1)year related clinical experience in medical office/clinic, institutional setting and/or telephonic customer service environment required. Experience with Health Insurance and Managed Care concepts is preferred. Training and/or supervisory experience helpful.

Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company software, guidelines, health references, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

Technical skills: Word Processing, Spreadsheets, E-mail, database software, and Internet software. Ability to handle multiple line phones and applications.

Presentation skills and content development are a plus.
