We are looking to fill an interim position for a DIRECTOR of NURSING in skilled nursing in PENSACOLA, FL.

If you are a Florida Licensed Registered Nurse with proven experience in SNF DON/ADON positions we want to talk to you!

What are we looking for ?

• Florida RN license in good standing
• Four (4) or more years of Skilled Nursing Care experience in a supervisory capacity
• Experience as ADON/DON in skilled nursing
• Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care, etc.) in accordance with AHCA and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assure that the care needs of all residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations, and company standards.
• Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensure that staffing levels and shift schedules are operating at the highest levels.
• Available to commence work asap

What do we offer?

• Attractive pay rate of $50.00 to 60.00 per hour
• Paid overtime at (times and a half) after 40 hours per week
• Paid Holidays at times and a half
• 1 Month minimum contract, guaranteed assignment with option to extend
• For travelers accommodation, mileage and daily stipend will be provided
