Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable)
- Ability to pass a background check
