The Dental Network Provider Relations department of Careington International Corporation is looking to add a Dental Network Data Specialist to their team.
This role will be worked from the Frisco, TX, corporate office; three days per week and two days from home.

The primary responsibility of the Dental Network Data Specialist is to assist in measuring dental network provider growth, handling client driven requests, developing efficiencies, and supporting the department’s various projects and day to day operational needs.

Accountability within this role:

• You must be a problem solver and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Help measure the growth of Careington owned dental networks
• Data disruption and analysis
• Create, implement, and maintain Careington fee schedules
• Run internal reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Process requests submitted by clients and other departments
• Coordinate responses for RFP’s (Requests for Proposals)
• Create and maintain department process and procedure documents
• Administer e-mail blast communication and education campaigns
• Work within Careington’s proprietary system, Carelynx, to update data and communicate changes
• Performs additional duties as required and assigned, including but not limited to special projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• SQL queries and MS Excel (formula writing) reporting background is needed to be successful in this role
• Must have aptitude for problem solving, project management, and analytical thinking
• Desire and ability to take on varying projects and tasks as assigned
• Exhibit a professional manner and build strong team and customer relationships
• Must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and work both independently, with little supervision and/or with others when appropriate
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage time effectively
• Self-motivated, deadline driven, and have the initiative to identify needs and offer solutions
• Must be able to accurately retain and apply information that has been learned

Education, Experience & Software

• Associates degree preferred
• Must have above average skills in Excel (formula writing) 
• Proficient computer skills and extensive experience with additional MS Applications – Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Writer a plus
