Job Details:

This is an onsite, Part Time, employment opportunity, with no work from home option

• Applicants must be available to work 4 , 5 ,or 6 hour shifts between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday (minimum 20 hours per week) on site at our Careington Dial Care office located at 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033.
• You are required to attend initial onsite training scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the first six days of employment. Once training concludes, your weekly part-time schedule will be assigned to you, depending on your availability.
• Hourly pay is $16.00 per hour with opportunities for increases after successful completion of required training and job performance.
• Opportunity to earn a higher wage if you are bi-lingual (Spanish)
• You will be working directly with customers via inbound phone calls
• 11 paid holidays each calendar year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
• Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed
• Able to manage 30 to 50 inbound customer service calls per day

Skills:

• Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
• 1 years experience working with MS Office Suite
• Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
• Attention to detail
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
