A Medicaid Specialist company is looking to hire an Intake/Medicaid Specialist to join their growing team!

Responsibilities of the intake/ medicaid specialist:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Utilize medical terminology and coding knowledge to accurately document patient information

Requirements of the intake/medicaid specialist:

- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
