Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
- Provide care for individuals with specific needs, such as autism or elderly care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home environments is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
