Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct patient care, including support with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

- Assist with mobility and transfers, employing appropriate lifting techniques

- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and document vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature

- Uphold a tidy and organized living space for clients

- Adhere to all safety protocols and strictly follow HIPAA regulations

- Effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

- Advocate for resident rights and uphold their dignity and privacy

Skills:

- Preferred previous experience in caregiving or related fields

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures

- Familiarity with home care systems and equipment
