Resp & Qualifications

PURPOSE: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health Services IT Product Manager in our Card to Care Value Stream. As a Product Manager using our Scaled Agile Framework approach, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our healthcare products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee product lifecycles, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Members, Providers, and Stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, enterprise roadmaps, and customer needs.Foster a customer-centric mindset
  • Lead the entire product management lifecycle.Translate business strategy into downstream product processes.Partner with the Solution Manager, Solution Architect, Product Owners, and the Business to elaborate features
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the Health Services Program Backlog, partnering with the Solution Manager.Ensure all stakeholders features, requirements, and acceptance criteria support delivery and testing of new products and features.Ensure Product Owners manage Team Backlogs in alignment across the Agile Release Train
  • Define key product value-based metrics, track performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve products
  • Champion organizational change towards interactive, data-driven, and value-based Agile iteration strategies

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Leads a team utilizing a matrix management system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelors degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required

Experience: 10 years experience product management and/or product owner experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years Healthcare Operations or Healthcare Information Technology experience.
  • 3 years team leadership.
  • Experience with Portfolio and Product Management tools.
  • Experience with Roadmap, Story Map, and Journey design tools.
  • Experience facilitating hybrid onsite/remote collaboration sessions.
  • Jira Align, Jira, Miro.
  • Microsoft Teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Support organizational change towards an Agile mindset.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
  • Translate between Information Technology, Healthcare, and Cross-Functional teams.
  • Demonstrate strategy and creativity.
  • Demonstrate ability to use Product KPIs and business metrics to optimize a product.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting program constraints.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Scaled Agile Framework Product Manager Certification Upon Hire Preferred

Salary Range: $115,200 - $205,920
