About the Job:
Our organization is seeking an individual to join our team for the LONG TERM and cover these:
- Buyer and Purchasing Assistant to help maintain our supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with current and potential vendors.
- The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for learning company purchasing policies and procedures and maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation.
- The successful candidate will also be charged with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased.
- Pricing maintenance on items under their category.
- Coordinate with Sales Team via chat apps to inform and encourage sales of new items, prices, etc.
- Coordinate all Company pickups with Vendors and Freight Companies and Partners
Applicants must have these skills:

- Attention to detail
- Computer skills at an excellent level particularly with Excel
- Fast learner to learn new and multiple systems
