Registered Nurse
opportunity include, but are not limited to:Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional imageWork independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operationsFoster a caring environment that respects patient's dignityConduct thorough patient assessments to monitor condition changes and detect potential complicationsManage and monitor arterial line placements, ensuring accurate readings and patient safetyAdminister and oversee peritoneal dialysis treatments, ensuring proper technique and patient comfortAdminister and titrate LIP-managed vasoactive drip medications, monitoring patient response and adjusting dosages as neededProvide post-biopsy care, including monitoring for complications and ensuring proper wound managementImplement and manage complex glucose control protocols, including insulin administration and blood glucose monitoringCollaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE:Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing programBLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC).Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.1 years of stepdown experience requiredEpic experience required
