Physical Therapist - PT - Assisted Living/Independent Living Facility

A Physical Therapist is needed for a permanent position at a 200-bed assisted living/independent living facility in Sanford, FL! This position will also consider sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and/or student loan repayment options. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent PT long-term care/skilled nursing experience, be proficient in evaluations, have excellent communication skills, excel in a fast-paced environment, and work well within a multi-disciplinary team. Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

30 hours per week; Sunday-Thursday

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Masters of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

2. Successful completion of National Certification Examination

3. 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years

4. Active and Valid PT license for Florida
