* Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided

* Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed

* Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays

* Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being

* Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FORLPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

* 1 yearsof recent nursing experience required

* BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

* Must be eligible to work in the United States

* LPN license in NC
