Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient -

CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a SLP for full-time, 13 week contract opportunity in Dallas, OR that requires at least 2 years of experience.

Hourly: $59.00
Weekly: $1,770.00

ABOUT THE POSITION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Shift: Day 3x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
• SLP to work outpatient at Miller Clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Schedule can accommodate 8-10 hours on those days. Additional hours may be possible on the inpatient unit but not guaranteed
• The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health
• Electronic EMR, Epic preferred
• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology/communication sciences and disorders required.
• Must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and be licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Oregon.
