1. Ability to work with other personnel and develop/maintain good relations
2. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments and interventions, specific and position specialty
3. Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
5. Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism
6. Ability to deal tactfully with patients, residents, students, family members, visitors, the general public according to position setting
7. Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment
8. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
9. Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in English language
10. Responsible for laboratory testing, quality control and troubleshooting
11. Ability to manage time in an effective manor while delivering quality care
12. Must be willing to drive a company vehicle

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PHLEBOTOMIST:

1. High school diploma or GED is required
2. Current CPR & TB, clear background
3. Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience is required
4. Must be willing to drive company vehicle up to an hour from the site location
5. Must be able to function in a high paced environment
