Registered Nurse - RN – ER

1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
3. Administer life-saving interventions and emergency treatments as required
4. Stabilize critically ill patients and initiate advanced life support measures
5. Perform emergency procedures, including resuscitation, intubation, and defibrillation
6. Administer medications and intravenous therapies based on the emergency situation
7. Make rapid and accurate clinical decisions in high-stress situations, prioritizing interventions based on patient needs
8. Administer emergency medications and ensure accurate dosage and timely delivery
9. Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays
10. Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE:

1. 2 years of recent ER experience
2. ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required
3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
4. RN license in state of practice or compact license
