Job Description:
STC is seeking a Graphic Artist to support the Requirements, Assurance and Assessment Division’s (RAAD) User Engagement contract which will support the Office of Systems Architecture and Engineering (SAE) in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Environmental Satellite Data and Information Service (NESDIS) Line Office. SAE provides a systematic approach to requirements, satellite architecture planning, strategic planning, and systems engineering while RAAD provides requirements data observation, user needs information, observing system portfolio/architecture analysis, and manages the data sets for analytical support to NOAA senior leadership.

**PENDING AWARD OF CONTRACT**

• Supports RAAD strategic communication initiatives that serve to build across NOAA programs.

Essential Requirements:

• Understands RAAD’s roles and capabilities. This includes but is not limited to webpage development and maintenance, the development of tailored communication products, analysis tools, datasets, papers, and briefings for a variety of users and stakeholders, and preparation of materials for workshops, conferences, and other external forums.
• Facilitates visual communication between staff, management, and other technological resources within the organization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Must be a seasoned design graphic artist with at least 10 years of experience.
• Must have at least one year of experience working with NOAA type activities and programs.
