The Program Management Analyst shall research, collect, and compile Department/Program/Project Logistics data. This logistics data represents all information needed to ascertain total costs for a program, project or task. This position includes travel, meetings, reviews and Earned Value Reporting. The qualified candidate shall input this data into government application tools and/or databases where applicable. In those cases where government tools or databases do not exist, the candidate shall develop the tool or database in a government approved format and application.

This position will be responsible for compiling the following:

• Acquisition Program Documentation
• Program Comment Resolution
• Program Progress Reports
• Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs)
• Program/Project Forecasting & Finance
• Department/Program Logistics Recommendations

This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Bachelors in accounting, finance or business administration
• 7 years experience minimum
• Sensors and SONAR Systems Department (Code 15) experience a plus
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance required; current clearance a plus
• Goal-oriented and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is essential
