TWB is looking to add a Production Associate to our team in our Canton, MI facility. This position performs a combination of production tasks including banding, weighing stacks of blanks and assisting the operators with material placement. This role also maintains a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a strong work ethic to improve quality and production levels of assigned systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

The primary role for the position is to package/band, weigh, and stack material from machines and stage material in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be assisting operators as well as performing multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure safe and quality production. This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to perform the duties to the highest standard. Follows Customer Supplied Manual to match product with proper packaging and skidding. Other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience

• Must follow all safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work and be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
• Must be available for work on any shift or shift rotation as needed by company
• Mechanical aptitude a plus, but not required
• Competent in basic math and computer skills
• Able to read a tape measure
• Must have valid driver’s license

Desired Experience

• Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work and be able to stand on your feet for 12 hours a day
• Must have good hand-eye coordination
