About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Corporate Development to lead strategic initiatives that will drive the company's growth and market leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the finance organization and guiding M&A, partnership, and strategic transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering sophisticated presentations, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and providing strategic support to the finance organization. They will also be a thought leader in the M&A process, from target identification to integration planning, and will conduct market research to inform decision-making. A strong background in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity is preferred, along with expertise in valuation and deal structuring. The role requires a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and a proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Candidates for the VP of Corporate Development position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor's and MBA in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 8 years in the industry, with at least 2 years' at an AVP level, is required, as well as a solid understanding of financial concepts and GAAP. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to all levels of management. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and the ability to travel as needed is a special requirement. The ideal candidate will be a team player, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve results in collaboration with others.
