About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Corporate Development to lead strategic initiatives that will drive the company's growth and market leadership. A strong background in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity is preferred, along with expertise in valuation and deal structuring. The role requires a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and a proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Candidates for the VP of Corporate Development position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor's and MBA in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 8 years in the industry, with at least 2 years' at an AVP level, is required, as well as a solid understanding of financial concepts and GAAP. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to all levels of management. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and the ability to travel as needed is a special requirement.
